This can be availed by members once a year in recognition of their loyalty by offering loans with low interest rates processed within one day. |

2. Copy of latest two(2)pay slips for Member A. |

3. Four(4) co-makers. |

4. Share Capital Passbook. |

5 years to 10 years = P50,000.00 with 5% interest |
|
11 years to 20 years = P75,000.00 with 3% interest |
|
21 years and above = P95,000.00 with 1% interest |
